About Us

Network Management Group, Inc., or NetworkM, was founded in 1996. We currently have over 700 Associates servicing 13 casinos throughout California.

NetworkM is the largest company in the California gaming industry furnishing professional services to California casinos in the area of third-party proposition player services per the provisions of California Assembly Bill 1416 (now Business & Professions Code 19980) and California Gambling Control Commission's Proposition Player Regulation. Unlike other casino operations in the U.S., for example in Nevada or New Jersey, California casinos have unique management and regulatory compliance needs.

The State of California allows, by law, two different types of casinos. The first type is the state approved Indian operated casino that provides Nevada style house banked games, which by law we are unable to do business with. These are operated so that the house earns its profit from the games.

The second type is the California casino that gains profits, not from wins or losses of the game, but from collection fees. These casinos are not allowed to house bank. Rather, each time a player places a bet he or she is required to pay a fee in the amount of one dollar. This dollar is the only money that the casino itself earns.

The result is that the players are playing against the other players. Each player is given a chance to be the "Dealer" card. This is called "Banking". When it is a player's turn to "Bank", the player/banker bets a certain amount of money that she is willing to risk. At the conclusion of play, the winning players in that game are paid the money that the player/banker has put forward. Since the player/banker does not usually have enough money to pay everybody, the Third-Party Proposition Player Services company can cover the remaining balance of the table. This company can also do its own banking just like any other player. These companies are offering Third-Party Proposition Player Services, and should not be confused with casino owners or operators. Moreover, a company that conducts Third-Party Proposition Player services is licensed by the city and state to provide such services to the California casinos.

NetworkM's role at our client casinos is to provide Third-Party Proposition Player Services and ensure the proper functioning of financial and other client casino management systems under current regulations. Our services are focused on providing management support including regulatory compliance, Player/Banker services, security systems, financial systems, customer service systems and promotional assistance for our clients. Our goal is to build positive partnerships with both casino management and patrons.
